Rehab on the Road, PSC is a medical practice founded by Kenneth A. Mook, MD, PhD who is a physiatrist (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialist) that provides care for the home-confined, disabled patient in their home as well as patients who are mobile and can be seen in the office. 

Rehab on the Road, PSC is committed to providing each patient with an exceptional level of care and attention. I am a Christian physician who owns and operates the medical practice. The goal is to provide high-quality comprehensive rehabilitative care and to get you back to a high quality of life. I take pride in paying close attention to each patient's physical needs.

Rehab on the Road, PSC  is conveniently located on the tree-lined street of Southern Parkway, just one block south of the Waterson Expressway. Office hours are on Wednesday afternoons and Friday mornings, and same-day appointments can be accepted (based on availability).

FOR APPOINTMENTS: Please call the office on Wednesday afternoons or Friday mornings when we are readily available. In addition, you can go to the FORMS PAGE listed above and fill in the information and SUBMIT it. This will take care of any front office paperwork and I will call you back for an appointment.
